The Good Neighbor

A recently divorced man moves into a quiet neighborhood where everyone seems unusually friendly. The neighbors know his name, anticipate his needs, and take a peculiar interest in his daily routine. Then a young girl asks him why he hasn't killed her father yet. Suddenly, being a good neighbor becomes a matter of survival.
